Windows 7 is very fast, reliable and secure as compare to Vista. Its provide lots of functions and utility programs. No required any Antivirus because it has a powerful defender. This is the main reason that window 7 is popular then Vista.
First of all you have to need a power full computer system if you want and interested to use any one of this operating system. Then your pc has an ability to store and run this OS (Operating System) easily. Because every operating system have some own requirements.
Power full computer mean power full accessories like Processor, RAM, Cash, Storage Media...etc
